Our team members went to some of the best schools in the globe and trained by the best organisations around the world. The management team has more than 50 years of cumulative experience and counting.
Onabor Agbonmwanre
President/CEO
Onabor Agbonmwanre is the President/CEO of Green Power Canada Ventures and has been in the renewable energy industry in the last 13yrs, with specialisation in solar power generation. In this past 13yrs he has helped to deliver over 880-MW of solar power projects home and abroad. So he brings to the board of Green Power Canada Ventures enormous experience from the power, oil and gas Industry.
Onabor has a micro-masters certificate in Sustainable Energy from the University of Queensland, Australia, a bachelor degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a masters degree from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) Trondheim , Norway all in petroleum engineering. Onabor has several years of experience as a professional petroleum engineer, he started his career with the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) as a reservoir engineer, and worked as a field engineer for Weltec Canada in the city of Calgary, As a field engineer, he delivered some world class projects for Canadian majors and independents.
He was head-hunted from Canada by Shell Nigeria to work for them as a reservoir engineer. He served as a reservoir engineer in Shell Nigeria 3 divisions, Lagos, western and eastern divisions delivering world class oil and gas projects impacting positively on the bottom-line with great values to share-holders.
Bruce Lambie
Vice President, Marketing
Bruce Lambie has been in the Marketing industry for about 25 years where he has been involved in setting up marketing strategies for blue-chip companies.
Bruce brings to Green Power a lot of wealth experience in marketing. Bruce studied marketing at the University of British Colombia, Canada where he graduated top of his class. After graduating from the University of Vancouver, Bruce went ahead to work for Hcareers in Vancouver for 5 years and thereafter moved over to Yellow pages, Canada where he occupied different positions at various times. The positions include media account consultant, marketing manager, senior media account manager, etc. Bruce is a key member of our management team and he is helping to drive our marketing strategy and contributing to the bottom line.
Charlene Radon Beckie
Project Advisor
As CEO of Clem Geo-Energy Corp., a renewable energy firm specializing in wind energy and hybrid project developments, Charlene Beckie is the driving force of a company in a new and challenging market.
A strong advocate of clean energy with a cache of degrees and 18 years of experience in the oil industry, she handles all business functions ranging from deal, contract and partnership negotiations, financing, program planning, and design, development, EPC, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. She manages the development of 214 MW of wind energy projects in Canada. Her perseverance has driven her career from an oil industry technical role to a successful entrepreneur.
Ifeanyi Ezuka
Vice President, Technical
Ifeanyi Ezuka is a Power, Petroleum and Energy enterprise leader with a lot experience in the business of electric power generation from solar energy and upstream oil and gas.
Ifeanyi has been focusing in the last 10yrs on generating electric power from renewable energy sources especially solar energy and in the process delivering about 500-MW of solar projects across Nigeria and beyond.
His academic qualification include include MBA Finance, M.Sc Petroleum & Gas Engineering and B.Eng Petroleum Engineering. A Primary author of seven SPE technical papers and a registered engineer.
Chigbo John Ezuka
General Manager, Operations
Chigbo Ezuka is an experienced Electrical Engineer. He is an expert in power systems, power electronics and project implementation. His experience spans through UPS, energy storage and solar projects execution. With a cumulative of 650MW Solar power projects under his belt and 250,450MWh energy storage and UPS systems across Africa.
He has a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
